Beginning yoga: If you can breathe, you can do yoga! This series is for the beginner or those who want to get back to basics. You will be guided in building your yoga practice from the ground up, with an emphasis on foundational poses to develop strength, flexibility and balance. Yoga postures and modifications will be taught so that anyone at any age or any level of flexibility can practice them.
Some of the benefits of a regular yoga practice include increased energy, strength, flexibility and range of motion, better balance, improved mental focus, better sleep, inner peace and happiness.
