Meet Jess from Salem Wildlife Rescue: Caring for Animals in Need

Monday, August 54:00—5:00 PMActivity RoomTopsfield Town Library1 South Common St., Topsfield, MA, 01983

The Topsfield Town Library is excited to host Jess, from Salem Wildlife Rescue, for a discussion about wildlife rehabilitation, wildlife safety, co-existing with wildlife, and how to help animals in need in the wild. All ages are welcome!

About Jess: I am the founder of Salem Wildlife Rescue and a licensed wildlife rehabilitator in Massachusetts. Salem Wildlife Rescue is run out of my private residence here in Salem, MA. I have loved animals for my whole life and always wanted to make a difference in the world. Saving one animal may not change the world, but it will change the world for that one animal. A little bit about me: I run this rescue on the side of my full time job. Rehabbing doesn't pay, after all! I am also an education volunteer with Zoo New England.  I have two cats who are my world, Zephyre and Maya! When I'm not rehabilitating wildlife or working, I love learning new things and taking classes, going on little adventures, listening to true crime podcasts, or taking a long walk in IKEA. I have a big, compassionate heart and love and care for every animal who comes through my door, no matter how long they have been a patient with me. If you bring an animal to me, you know that the animal will be in the best and most caring hands!
