The Topsfield TRIAD Council is a partnership focused on Seniors. It includes a group of volunteer seniors, the Sheriff and District Attorney of Essex County, the Topsfield Police and Fire Chiefs, the Council on Aging, and support services. TRIAD's goal is to improve the quality of life for seniors by helping reduce concerns about their personal and financial safety not only at home, but in the greater community.
